Located near Schiphol Airport, Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport combines contemporary comfort with a welcoming atmosphere for both business and leisure travellers from around the world. As a Front Office Intern, you will be the face of the hotel and play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Front Office operations while developing your professional and hospitality skills in a dynamic international environment. The internship starts in September 2026 for a period of 5 or 6 months. Responsibilities * Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery * Support the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication * Assist with reservations, payments, and Front Office administrative tasks * Deliver excellent guest service and respond professionally to guest enquiries * Maintain a professional and welcoming Front Office environment in line with brand standards * Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations * Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards, and systems to support operational excellence Essential Requirements * Currently enrolled in a hospitality or related study programme * Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) * Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop * Guest-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach * Enjoys working in a team and adapting to a fast-paced environment * Available for an internship of at least 5-6 months * Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements * Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage * Interest in Front Office and guest relations * Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus * Dutch or any additional language skills are an advantage * Eagerness to develop operational knowledge within a hotel environment Your Benefits & Perks * Discounted hotel rates (including Radisson Hotel Group worldwide and family and friends) * 50% food and beverage discount at our restaurants and bars * Exclusive discounts via personeelsvoordeelwinkel.nl * Exclusive team discounts on premium ESPA skincare and Kevin Murphy haircare products * Great learning and development opportunities * Advanced onboarding programme * Career growth opportunities across PPHE Hotel Group in Europe * Tasty meal during your shift * Annual company parties and outings

The internship allowance is €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines.

Over Park Plaza Eindhoven

In 1989 is het allereerste Park Plaza hotel geopend in Eindhoven. Park Plaza Eindhoven ligt in het hart van de stad en op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het Centraal Station.
