Night Reception Supervisor (f/m/d)

Calling all lovely night owls! Are you an avid host who will brighten the nights of our guests at MEININGER Hotels Amsterdam City West?

• You oversee the smooth operations of the reception team and provide great customer service to our guests

  
  

• You ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience

  
  

• You are responsible for maintaining MEININGER quality standards in your area

  
  

• You lead by example a team of night shift receptionists tgether with your Assistant Hotel Manager

  
  

• You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends and night shifts

  
  

• You have a perspective for the future and set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's vision, mission and values

  
  

• You have great time management skills and submit your performance according to your working schedule

  
  

• You are monitoring the productivity of your team and provide constructive feedback and coaching as per company policy

  
  

• You are analytical and have a problem-solving mindset

  
  

• You are a team player, together with your fellow supervisor colleagues, you ensure the daily smooth operations of the front office team through motivation, guidance and support

  
  

• You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitality

  
  

• You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks

  
  

• You are a people person, you like helping others and creating unforgettable experience for our guests

  
  

• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together

  
  

• You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)

  
  

• You are fluent in English and any other language is an advantage
