Night Auditor

What’s the job about?

As Night Auditor in the biggest conference hotel in The Hague, you are the key point of contact during the night shift, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests while overseeing administrative and financial procedures. You deliver seamless service, carry out essential operational tasks, and uphold our high Marriott standards around the clock.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• · Act as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during your shift, upholding Marriott’s service standards and procedures

  
  

  · Monitor hotel safety and security through regular night patrols

  
  

  · Process and verify daily financial transactions and reports to close and start the business day

  
  

  · Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate payments and room assignments

  
  

  · Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and issues

  
  

  · Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, incidents, and nightly operations

  
  

  · Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, local laws, and hotel policies

  
  

  · Report any safety hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues

  
  

You are:

As Night Auditor you work independently, stay in control, and provide top-level service – even when everyone else is asleep. Besides that, we hope to find the following in our Night Auditor:

· A true night owl with a passion for hospitality

· Flexible and reliable: able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

· Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written)

· Experience with Opera and/or Marsha is a plus

· Experience in an international hotel chain is an advantage

· Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented

· A team player with a positive attitude

· In possession of a valid BHV (Emergency Response) certificate
