The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Soho House Amsterdam, part of a global creative community and recently awarded a Michelin Key.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience—creating exceptional moments through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and effortless service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in making every visit memorable. Soho House offers a unique platform to grow, connect, and thrive within a premium lifestyle brand.

What you’ll do

• Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required)

  
  

• Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards

  
  

• Mix cocktails with confidence and consistency

  
  

• Deliver warm, engaging service in a fast-paced environment

  
  

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Bartender

  
  

• A positive team player with strong communication skills

  
  

• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends & public holidays)

  
  

• Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic

  
  

• Good English required (additional languages are a plus)

• Compensation: above statutory minumum. From 2511€ to 2718€, based on experience (no youth salary when younger than 20 y/o)
